You can set up your email account using a mail program on your computer or mobile device. Examples of mail programs are Outlook or Mac Mail. Before you can set it up, you must first create an email account in the control panel.
The settings vary depending on the mail program used, but you will normally need the following settings.
Username: your
full email address
Password: The password you chose when creating the
mail accounts
incoming mail server: imap.one.com
incoming mail server port: 993 + SSL
Outgoing mail server: send.one.com
outgoing mail server port: 587 + TLS / SSL (or 465/2525/25)
Outgoing
mail server authentication: user name and password,
just like the incoming mail server
To set up your email account, we recommend using IMAP as it syncs your email on all devices and webmail. In contrast, when using POP, your emails are downloaded and removed from the server and webmail.
If you really want to use POP, you need these settings for the incoming mail server: pop.one.com - port 995 - SSL.
